The mission of Family Christian School is to serve Christian families devoted to their child's spiritual, academic, and social advancement by providing character development and academic achievement in an environment that celebrates the individuality, creativity and talents of each child to help them navigate their way to true success.

Classifications for the 2009-2010 School Year
Family Christian School is a category IV, church related school. Exempt from accreditation, F. C. S. operates legally in the state of Tennessee by virtue of its membership in the Tennessee Association of Non-public Academic Schools, T. C. A. 49-50-801. Family Christian School Preschool and Elementary grades are acknowledged by the Tennessee Department of Education. We are working toward Category I status, as well as, accreditation through the Tennessee Association of Non-public Academic Schools. This process will be completed during the 2007-2008 academic school year.
